Are you another biased poster who hates fighters for no reason. Tell me what has floyd done to you that makes you hate him? I mean he's a good athlete and possesses good boxing skill. People say his fights are boring but that was only against DLH and Baldomir. I just don't get the hate. Also people say he talks ****. Okay there are plenty of other fighters that have talked **** before floyd did. I use to hate on floyd but then realized it was for nothing. I'm just a real fan that speaks the truth and don't let biased meaningless hate cloud my judgement.

No, I actually the guy. His personality is almost like mine (well at least ten years ago). The hip-hop attire, even the way he walks. Love his car too.

However, when it comes to Floyd the boxer, he leaves much to be desired. He doesn’t punch much, his fighting is 99% defense 1% offense. I like defensive skills as much as the other guy, but is asking one power punch per million dollars paid too much?

Are you judging his fights for through his entire career or just his last two? Cause if I remember correctly is fights before DLH and Baldomir were pretty offensive.

people tend to hate floyd and arguing with someone who is blind with judgment leads to nothing.

hate him or love him Floyd been in top of many people in this website including boxing experts and insider a number 1 p4p. THat doesnt come for nothing.

Another thing have 5 WBC title from every weightclass is somethign hard to do e****ally if you are not a KO specialities only using you brains to fight as well as things you could improve.

And to be frank and honest I think even I Floyd fights in the 70s and 80s era he would do fine and beat some of the greatest out there. Why am I saying this? Because if someone notice Floyd is not only speed or skills but his brain works differently than any other fighter I know.

What used to get me about floyd is how he goes around saying hes the greatest fighter of all time. I then thought about how Muhammad Ali used to do the same thing. I realized that a fighter has a right to consider himself the best. If your an undefeated fighter, number 1 pound for pound, and champion of five different weight classes I guess you would think your the best also. Regardless of what people say or think about him mayweather is a very skilled fighter and the best of this era.

Have u ever met a guy that u just didnt like? Like i said in my previous post, Floyd just comes off as a brash, classless, insecure man. Im not going to sit here and say that he sucks at what he does. He posseses great boxing skill. Does he utilize it to its full potential? I think even you would have to agree that he doesnt. I respect his skills. I just dont care for his passive/non-engaging style that he tends to use when facing an opponent who poses a threat.

I dislike Mayweather because he throws money in peoples faces all the time.

some people hold so much emotion on a fighter who doesnt brawl.

Each one have his style of fighting. Some people have chin and power so they use it and Mayweather doesnt want to use his chin and at higher weight he doesnt have power. So it is smart for him to use his speed,skills and brains.

I admire Mayweather because he went on winning title in every weightclass while other are just forced to go to another weightclass because there body cant handle it and they enjoy the size advantage. I respect the other fighters too but it not where near to compare them with Mayweather.

One example of lightweight elite gone bad is Corrales at WW which saw his power doesnt have effect at a legite lightweight and Castillo who was KOed by Bodyshot by Hatton.
