Why do you like/dislike Mayweather???

I've already said that i give him his due from what he did early on in his career. I just find it hard to give the so-called pfp#1 fighter in the world credit for beating the likes of: Gatti and Baldomir, then have him say that he dominated and beat the best at 140 and 147. We all know for damn sure that Gatti was NOT the best at 140 at the time, and Baldo was NOT the best at 147. Yes they were the current title holders, but they were NOT the best.

At the time, i would have to say that Hatton was the best at 140. Its debatable who was the best at 147 because of all the prospects there, but for damn sure it wasnt Baldomir. I have Margarito, Cintron, Mosley, and maybe Paul Williams beating Baldomir at 147. Dont think Cotto was at 147 at the time of that fight (i might be wrong). Clottey was beating Baldomir and up on all the judges cards up until he was dq'd for the headbutt.

well Baldomir have the WBC title same as Oscar, Gatti, Genro Hernadiz and if you notice something in the DHL fight is that he shows off with the WBC belts.

so for Mayweather he consider having the WBC belt is enough for him to fight him.

as for Clottey you alway saying he was beating Baldomir in the Judges card, well he got DQ so he lost even if he schooled Baldomir he still lost. that what important nobody remebers if people who schooled somebody and then got KOed they only remeber the winners.

v cotto and mosely is intruiging, i think fmj beats williams, cintron and margarito though.

any fighter Maywather fight other will say he was ducking another person.

one example when he was fighting Zab many people said he should be fight Baldomir and there is an interview with Brain Kenny ( i think his name is this) from ESPN said the same but once he fighting Baldomir people said he should be fighting Margarito which Mayweather got problems with Arum and left him for some reason. But it looks Arum is using Mayweather's name to hypen his fighters.

All fighters in that weightclass call out Mayweather simply because he is the best possiable fighter around there weightclass.

Thats fine. He can say he was the champ at 140 and 147, but one thing he cant say is that he beat the BEST at both of those weight classes.

for me Floyds always been up there but it wasnt until he beat Corrales that i started to really like him as a boxer!!! His opinions arent always the best but he speaks his mind and backs what he says!!! Gatti floyd was an awesome display of boxing!!!
