Ive seen 3 of his losses and Im still saying it now Im not a so-called nuthugger or anything I just think outboxing Wlad would be tough as hell hes big and quick with an excellent jab I think you are going to have rush him and hope you land some clean blows because if you try to box with him you'll end up like Byrd

Larry Holmes (you ****ers forgot about him in this thread, huh?) & Muhammad Ali would both frustrate him early, get him panicky when their jabs start working......& then begin to deliver the chopping rights. He would begin to unravel, physically & mentally from there on.
They'd both take him out by the tenth rd.

ali and holmes would be able to out jab wlad and once that happens wlad is in trouble as all his work comes of the jab. they also have much better footwork and balance so would be able to avoid wlads attacks.

sounds like youre talking about golota. wlad has showed heart in his fights with sanders and peter. sure,,,,he's always going to be vulnerable to a strong chinned fighter with a punch but he has won some big fights and will be a nightmare for any fighter as long as he's upright. whether he;ll hold his title remains to be seen. he seems to have really found his rhythm. whether thats a mirage? we'll see soon enough. I'd like to see if he can deal with chageav. thats a fight that needs to be made

Lewis, Tyson(prime) Holyfield(prime) would all beat wlad.

how he does he do against great hws of the past like dempsey, louis, lewis, tyson, ali, liston, foreman, frazier, rocky, etc..?
He could beat them all on any given night.. and possibly lose to a few of them on any given night.. The smaller guys of the past I would give little chance..

He'd trouble the smaller guys by using his obvious size advantages, but he's got a big weakness; taking a big punch and being able to recover from such. Imagine if Lewis landed a right cross or a Frazier left hook? What would his response be? could he keep fighters like Tyson off him for the full 12?, I have my doubts.

As long as people subscribe to the Myth that Wlad has No chin.. then it's easy to say he would lose to all these guys..

But come on.. his chin is no worse than Lennox Lewis's

Lennox has been KO'd from 1 punch.. Twice.. Wlad never..

His chin is OK, his reaction to being hit is awful. His senses get scrambled and he has big trouble regaining his composure. He looks a cautious fighter and when he's in trouble that becomes far more obvious.

I completely agree, that's what I have been trying to tell everybody. Wlad is more than capable of beating any Heavyweight from any era.
