My bad, I like Holyfield, though he should have stayed at Cruiser, imo, but then he wouldn't have showed how ordinary Tyson was. The way Bowe and Lewis owned him, I think Wlad would have as well.Comment

tyson was an excellent fighter in his prime, as was holyfield.
any guy that cleans out a division like tyson did in the late 80s is not ordinary IMO, no matter how weak the division is (and it was just one of many mediocre HW eras).
holyfield would've reigned a long time @ 190 i think, but his georgia mansion would probably he like 1/4th of the size of what it is today.
too much $$$ to pass up and not move to hwComment

I wouldn't say annihilated, he definitely would beat him in his prime. I know Wlad is a hard puncher, but remember all the shots he took against Bowe particularly round 10? Evander would of kept coming. I've never seen Wladmir in a fight where he was trading shots with a fighter who won't go down and that's what Evander is.holyfield in his hw prime would have annihilated wlad, just like he annihilated the 42 year olds foreman and holmes, alex stewart, the larger rid**** bowe, the journeyman bert cooper, and the chinny former lhw michael moorer.Last edited by Boxingwizard; 10-26-2007, 09:16 PM.Comment

wlad with his size and skills would be a contender in any era.
his chin and stamina aren't too good, but neither was the chin and stamina of earnie shavers. wlad has much better skills than shavers and also is quicker.Comment
