Obvious answer. Aaron THE HAWK Pryor, aka skill and will, is the greatest JWW of all time. He could beat all the other JWW's throughout this list. In his prime noone was as hungry to win as he was. If he wasn't so ducked this wouldn't even be a debate because he would have proved it over and over again.

wilfredo benitez beat only antonio cervantes and defended the title only once on that division he was great as a welterweight and light middleweight.

JCC. Although you could argue his best fights were at 130/135 he gave us the best fight of all time at 140 against Taylor. He'd even beat a prime Pryor, yet again most sensible boxing fans would agree with that.
