              Whitaker beat Chavez up at 147. At 140, he beat Pineda & Brazier (two good foes), & no one else.
              He was a great, great fighter who briefly stopped at 140, but didn't do enough there to be considered a great in the division.

                    More than likely, Whitaker beats anyone who has ever fought at 140.

                    I wonder what would have happened had Shane Mosley decided to spend some time there ? He was too much in a hurry to get o 147 to face DelaHoya.....when it's very possible that we could have seen the very best of him at 140.
