Of the 20 experts to make selections, only 4 of 20 picked Hatton. The other 3 experts besides Andre Berto to pick Ricky Hatton were all journalists. Each work for British Boxing News, Manchester Evening news, and a freelance British boxing writer, respectively

      Elite,

It was Berto and three British journalists out of 20 people. Please put that into perspective.

        Manila,

Hatton did not KO Urango, Collazo, Eamonn Magee, Oliveira, Vilches, etc. Is it reasonable to predict that he is going to KO Floyd Mayweather at 147? A Floyd who hasn't been badly hurt his whole career?

I dunno about that. Hatton can win this fight. But he needs to do it in a systematic, wear-down-Floyd kinda way. And try to sweep the late rounds.

Hatton is not a killer. Especially not at 147.

Floyd is just gonna pick-pocket punches all night long againt him. That fat ass has no chance against Mayweather.

I like Hatton and am glad he's getting a good payday but while you can never say a fighter has no chance I would say that this would be a big upset if Hatton wins. Matador against the bull and in this case the matador is bigger and faster than the bull. Mayweather by lopsided decision
I have seen that analogy used a few times and while I think it is a good one, the comparison I prefer is dog vs cat.

This is a dog vs cat fight. Ricky is a tough dog, and Floyd is a wildcat.

Have you ever seen a fight between a dog and a cat of roughly same size?
