The comparison clips embedded above show exactly what I mean. Ask the common opponent Miguel Angel Gonzales who was more formidable to him...the clips speak for themselves.

Now in 2005 Tszyu was still formidable having just come off a three round destruction of Sharmba Mitchell. Oscar at 154 got beat around and was over the hill by the time he got to Floyd. The clips show that Oscar was much much better when he was young. On the other hand, the evidence shows that Tszyu retained much of his ferocity and skill.

It's a very simple matter to me. Hatton's victory over Tszyu was a greater acheivement than Floyd's victory over Oscar. No doubt about it, IMO. This is why Hatton's record stands up comparibly to Floyd's. Come December if the same Hatton that beat Tszyu shows up, Floyd is in for a very tough night.

    Pick: Hatton
    Garbage post.

Youve really got to keep in mind that fact that Zoo never beat a great fighter.
    Who was his best victory?
Who cares if he was rated high on the p4p rankings if that ranking was undeserved?

How did Tszyu go from 9th to 6th to 7th to 3rd without ever beating a marquee opponent.
Hatton dropped from 4th to 8th, without losing, and Floyd went from 7th to 5th to 8th to 5th without ever losing once.

Hell Floyd was #2 after 1998, which is really strange.

He was FOTY in 98, he beat Manfredy, Tony Pep and Hernandez.
Still, not close to deserving to be #2 p4p.

It was a really good year, no doubt. But none of those dudes were P4P. Pep had 10 losses, but he was a good tune-up for a world title fight against Hernandez. Hernandez was king of a relatively weak division, so... credit, but not extra credit for beating him. Manfredy was a hyped up prospect who had already lost twice, good fighter, but not great.

Yeah, I think people kind of figured all that out and dropped Floyd a few spots.

Let's face it, it is not good for a fighter when their best win retires after the fight they beat them in (Tszyu and Hernandez).

Not biased or ignorant. You Mayweatherites just don't like what I have to say except when it's favorable to your boy. You guys loved me when I was espousing the virtues of Mayweather's fantastic defense. But, when I looked at the truth of Dios Dominicano's assertion that Tszyu dodged Floyd and found that this was complete bull**** (and concluded it was actually the other way around), then I became "biased" and "ignorant."

The fact is that I'm not afraid of telling the truth, especially to correct a blatant injustice. Understood?
