    I agree.

That's why i was giving TR (and to a lesser extent, DKP) credit for moving back and forth between HBO and SHO.

Miguel was a HBO fighter. After the Torres fight, they kinda soured on him and didn't support his malignaggi PPV. It was the same night as Hop/tarver. HBO distributed the GBP card in Atlantic City.

In his next fight, Arum moved him to SHO. I thought it was a bad move at the time, but I was wrong and it has paid off.

HBO has taken Miguel back and he is in a big PPV for a $5 mil payday.

      Or even mid-tier talent.

Guys who should be on undercards of huge fights: ouma, spinks, clottey, margarito, etc...

These guys are names, but they are not commercial. When a fight makes $100 million, you can afford to pay Margarito $750K and he's happy as ****.

Undercards are perfect for young breakthrough fighters to get noticed and get used to the big events.
The public get introduced and the fanbase has a chance to grow from the old to the new guard.
          Pretty simple really eh?

IN GENERAL, I agree. But my post referred to a "huge" fight.

DLH/FMJ or FMJ/RH are so BIG that you have to change the rules. You can put a fighter who would normally headline on the pre-fight to DLH-FMJ and it is not a 'dis" at all.

            $54.95!!

What's wrong with a margarito-Gomez (example) fight on the undercard of PBF-hatton?
