I think Juan should stand up to his manager and show him who is the boss...

if they took the rematch the first time it would have been JMM fighting Pac instead of Erik, and Juan Manuel could have done what Erik did to pac that night ... HOW BIG DO YOU GUYS THINK WOULD JMM BE TODAY!!

just imagine that opportunity lost, tsk tsk...
That much is true. Marquez can say whatever he likes about his crappy management team and we all know what he says is true. but at the end of the day, it's Marquez's career and I think he has some say in it, don't you?

Yes and I think he was scouting pac during the pac-mab rematch. The sad truth is that juan manuel has too much respect for him to get rid of him. Nacho maybe one of the best boxing trainers of all time but he sucks big time as a manager.

exactly! nacho is almost directly responsible for JMM being one of the most talented skilled fighters if not THE most skilled fighter today, but............ as a manager he's ****blocked JMM from big paydays and super stardom more than anyone ever ****blocked anyone!

I was wondering if it were a matter of respect and/or truth. Maybe in Marquez's mind his loyalty and respect for Nacho's word comes first? Or maybe he just thinks Nacho is the only man he can trust with his career.

All these bad management decisions that team marquez-overpricing against pac and eric, going to indonesia for a 30 k purse- are nacho's. I agree that juan manuel is the most skilled fighter during his era but mayweather will surely disagree and many people will understand why.

Marquez brothers owe everything they are to nacho so that when nacho says "jump off the building" they would ask " from what floor?". Seriously, juan manuel and nacho father-son relationship is something beyond understanding for many people.

How many PPVs did his fight with Mayorga do again? Anyone? And half of that was probably Mayorga's following.
995,000 buys i dont think mayorga has 500k fans.
