It's really quite simple. Mayweather has a loyal following of ******s/wanna be thugs and 16 year olds, and Pac has a loyal following of his fellow Countrymen. I wouldn't be willing to bet which group is larger, but I do know whenever you pit one against the other it's a guaranteed point grabber.

i just hope marquez team dont make the same mistake they did the last time...
if these guys can agree to fight in indonesia for 35k with all the risk of getting rob (hometown decision), they could/should agree on jmm's biggest purse to date...
and IMHO both pac & juan manuel should be recieving their biggest payday, if not they being scr_wed by the promoters/organizers of the fight...Comment

Well aside from my cheap sarcastic threads, I'm a very fair fight fan. The way I see it is this.i just hope marquez team dont make the same mistake they did the last time...

Marquez's management sucks ****, even he has admitted it. The first time when they declined the rematch to fight John, I can forgive them because maybe they were inexperienced.
But if it falls through again this time, everybody has the right to say Marquez ducked Pacquiao. Lightning never strikes the same spot twice.Comment

you mean lightning does not strike the same spot 4 times... his management team declined the PAC-rematch which was 750K... declined a rematch with chris john... declined a fight with EM for 1.5M asking for at least a guarenteed purse of 2.5M... so yeah, i think you meant four times...

I don't even follow Marquez's ****ty business deals enough to know that, but thanks for the info. Thw two times was in relation to Pac only though, but I'm sure you got that.you mean lightning does not strike the same spot 4 times... his management team declined the PAC-rematch which was 750K... declined a rematch with chris john... declined a fight with EM for 1.5M asking for at least a guarenteed purse of 2.5M... so yeah, i think you meant four times...
Anyway Marquez should kill his manager, seriously. If he pays me I'll do it for him.Comment

give him a call and make business... but i doubt if you'll get the deal though, cause he will overprice himself, LOL. you have to do it for free to make it happenComment

is marquez still with the same manager??
I know he is a very good coah/trainer (world class) but i think he has no business being a manager...
I think Juan should stand up to his manager and show him who is the boss...
if they took the rematch the first time it would have been JMM fighting Pac instead of Erik, and Juan Manuel could have done what Erik did to pac that night ... HOW BIG DO YOU GUYS THINK WOULD JMM BE TODAY!!
just imagine that opportunity lost, tsk tsk...Comment
