It's crazy that this fight is actually possible now. Pac just doesn't hit me as a natural Lightweight let alone JWW. A lot of that weight is distributed in his massive calves. Other than that, he looks much smaller than Floyd to me.

Lets see how Pac can handle the guys at Lightweight first. Thats a good division, and I still say Juan Diaz walks through him.

Pacman did start at a lighter weight but he has talked about moving up hasnt he? So that is a good start. PBF is moving down to 147. He might even be prepared to go to 140. True, not 140 for hatton but for Pacman, you never know. Stranger things have happened.
Floyd won't go to 140 for Pac, because Pac won't do it. Even for the money. Pac knows he is naturally too small for that weight. It's 130 or nothing. I would wager 5000 on it.

I would love to see that fight. I think it would address the "who's #1 P4P question".

          Longtime #1 vs longtime #2.

One of the reasons that I have given PBF "bonus points" is for fighting much bigger men. It would be interesting to see him against a smaller or similarly sized guy with loads of talent and will.

Thanks Bringer for adding yourself to the other ignorant posters that think its not a HUGE thing to do with what you make sound so simple. Tell any real boxer, amateur or pro to move up 2 weight classes from where they currently box at and see what kind of response you get. You Floydboyz (gay cult Floyd fans) that think it is that simple are really ignorant of the sport and should remove yourself from this boxing site or go educate yourselves and return later when you actually know a thing or two. If you have anything more to say to me revert back to this post. Done.
I've been watching boxing since I was 3 years old. I'm about to turn 22, that makes me a fan of the sport for 19 years. I'm pretty sure you're not older than 16 with such a moronic response, which means I've been watching longer than you've been living.

Mayweather has 1 inch on Pacquiao, and 4lbs. Why is that such a disadvantage? Better yet, why do you keep skipping over that point everytime someone mentions it. Sound to me like you fear Pac ever being anywhere near Mayweather. I can't blame you, if I were a Pac fan I'd fear it happening too.

Trust me. I don't care how much money is offered, Pac won't take the fight. It would be like Roy Jones fighting Wlad Klitchko. Aint gonna happen unless Floyd would agree to come down to 130 and he cannot do that anymore. Pac just too small. Started at 106 for gods sake!

Edit: Sorry to disagree with you on this one Bringer...Pac just too small. If the money were so ungodly that it would be worth losing a fight, then Pac may go for 140, but things will never go that far. Pac cannot do it. Force Floyd to try 130 again, that's the only chance.

its not that we dont want pacquiao to fight floyd. indeed we do but its ****ing simple common sense. it wont be a good fight. pac is an all out war type of boxer and mayweather is not.
