I think it would be extremely tough to have that money and still not turn into a complete ****head piece of **** human being. Especially when you're not exactly surrounded by role models (Roger, Floyd Sr, etc etc).

But seriously...that throwing around of the money is just lame.

I don't know why I pointed that out or hijacked this thread.

But I do know that Floyd should in reality get the respect for beating Hatton...........at least in my book. Because a lot of people think Hatton is overrated and I'd disagree. I just think stylistically it's a bad match up for him to fight Floyd, and if there's any reason why he'd get his ass totally handed to him...........it would be that.

Anyways I'm picking Floyd to win the fight by easy decision.

Floyd will get a lot of credit for beating Hatton. I don't give a **** what people say about Hatton, the man is extremely skilled and has a tremendous work rate. I predict Floyd by decision and he will make the fight a borfest but he will win this fight.

And he would literally mop the floors with Cotto. Mosley would be a decent test but he would outpoint him.

It's boxing.. not knock outs. First and foremost. Second of all, he HAS KNOCKOUT POWER. You all talk about him as if this is his natural weight division. It's not. Remember a young Floyd, when all he did was knock people out/down? He won 20 or so of his first 25 fights, by knockout, when he was at 130.. Which was closest to the weight he could KILL people in, (130-135)He actually moved up to avoid doing the one thing people claim he does all the time, which is duck challenges. He wanted the bigger/better fights. So, he chased them. He just happens to be talented enough to get away with being, at most, a averaged-sized/blown up welterweight. BY the way, out of his last 15 fights, he has 7 stoppages, including Mitchell, Gatti, Corrales, Chavez, and the Phillip N'Dou fight. Past their primes, not that great, regardless, most of those fighters have strong performances to their credits, and got stopped by Floyd. So, there's that.. I'm NOT ON FLOYDS NUTS, by the way. I just want to create a little factual balance.

Furthermore, in order to get off the canvas and win by KO, you have to be put on your ass. You blame Floyd for that?

People like Pernell because he got robbed of victories he deserved. Floyd has been on the receiving end of gift decisions.

He MAYBE lost one fight. So, what's this decisionS, deal. Unless you think De La Hoya did enough to not only WIN the fight, but actually get ROBBED, in losing.

DelaHoya won that fight. He may be a cross-dressing gay w/ make-up but hell, he did beat Floyd Mayweather.
