A lot of fights in MMA end prematuraly, I guess that's my beef with MMA. Liddel didn;t get a second chance 1 fight ago. Wandy didn;t get a second chance against Hendo, and so on and so forth. I don;t necessarily mind the ground game as much. Fedor and GSP are great at grappling.

I'm assuming you're bull****ing, Chuck Liddell is the Most Overrated Fighter in the UFC. For the record I also love the UFC, but for me it cannot top the SWEET SCIENCE.

        Stephan Bonnar vs. Forrest Griffin
Fedor Emelianenko vs. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira

I agree Liddel is the most overrated and sadly most popular fighter in the UFC.

He is a bicyle rider with power.

So your comparing boxing, a sport, to an organization? MMA is not just the UFC, it has a long history, and the best ever organization that organized MMA fights was PRIDE FC, and unfourtunately it had to sell to the UFC when it lost its PPV contract, and had an unsuccesful promotion in the United States.

Don't go match for match, you'll lose that battle. If not for the fact that boxing has had more fights, let alone much more SKILLFUL fights, in my personal opinion.

Like I said I love MMA, but it dosen't have the rich history that boxing has.

It seems like teens and young adults of this generation can't appreciate boxing as an art. Almost every fight named here is a brawl. Not as technical as a good boxing match. I think that's why I lost interest.

Then again it can get technical on the ground, however I'm not a fan of BJJ.

No battle, I just don't think he has seen what mma has to offer in terms of fight quality.

MMA is just 11 years old in terms of general popularity...while boxing has a much longer streak of general populairy, mainstream appeal etc..., so give mma some time, but I'd say the skill level in mma is at an all time high, it has to be because there is one elite organization, that I'd say dominates 90% of the market at the moment, so to get paid you have to train unbelievably hard, and please the fans (and Dana White =P).
