Steve Smoger is a great ref. Was so glad to see him, he did the Pavlik-Miranda fight too. I thought he could've stopped Pavlik in round 2, he had no legs under him for like the last 1:30. Obviously I am glad he didn't and as we can see, it was the right decision bc not only did he survive, he ****in knocked the other dude out.

Only thing I disagree with is why not give Taylor a little bit of a count? Maybe see how his eyes look? I would have been happier to at least see Taylor get up and then stop it if he was shaky.

actually I had the same observation... in fairness to taylor, smoger could have given the ten count but after seeing him on the canvass, he looked wasted... still think it was a good call...

Kelly stopped it inside the distance so we didn't have to deal with judging bull**** but you still find a way to do this.

The fact that in boxing you get 10 seconds to rise from the canvas in a cogniscent state?

It's one of the things that defines a great fight a guy coming off the canvas against the champion to win the bout and you have to find some way to denegrate it, ****ing bottom feeder.
