I dont think its necessairly true that Floyd is past his prime but you dont have to lose a fight before you can tell that. You can see suttle signs of a guy slipping but he is so good that he can still win the fight. Floyd could lose more then one step and be better then 80% of the guys out there. You could even see it in Hopkins. He was a beast in the Holmes & Tito fight but a few fights later he was still easily winning but you could see that he wasnt the same guy that he was against Tito & Holmes. You could see father time finally starting to catch up to him

Come on man, thats not the same thing. Duran was a big dude and people dont want to admit that. You can tell that by even looking at him now. You think if Floyd partied all night then he would get that much bigger? If Duran didnt box then he would be a big guy. He naturally shouldve probally started at 147 atleast. His handlers just knew that he was capable of getting down in weight and he could dominate there.

A guy similar to Duran now is Manny. Alot of people love to talk about him starting off so low but again, Manny was huge. Look at him now. He's fighting at 130 and coming into the ring weighing a 144 pounds. He made Morales look like a little kid in the last fight. It looked like a man vs a boy. His body looked way bigger then Floyd looks. Floyd fought against Oscar weighing a 148 in the ring and Pac weighed 144 in a fight at 130? No way should Manny had ever fought at 112 or whatever he started at

Disingenious. Floyd moved up to 140 in May 2004 against Corley. He left 140when he fought Mitchell in 2005, a few months after Hatton beat Tszyu (June 2005).

As to Dios and his clips and write-ups; if Mayweather had really wanted Tszyu, he would have got him. I'm sure as hell that HBO didn't want their boy beat by a Showtime fighter. So the fight was never made. But, if Floyd would have really wanted Tszyu, he would have gotten it because Tszyu didn't avoid anybody that wanted to take him on at 140....now you can take your shots, but to me its sour g****s.

Duran started off at 140. Two (current) divisions above Floyd.

And after 31 years old, Duran was getting beat by an old Wilfredo Benitez... and Kirkland Laing (?).

IN FACT, TELL ME WHAT FIGHTS DURAN LOOKED GREAT IN ABOVE AGE 31... please

Anyone who says (or implies) that Duran wasn't past his best days by 31 years old doesn't know the sport. Period.

Floyd left 140 to fight for the linear and legitimate WW title. Everybody knows that he was about to fight Zab.

started off at 135. Ever seen his bouts with De Jesus? And If I remember correctly he skipped 140 to go to 147 and fight Leonard. I could be wrong but I dont think so. That is unprecedented, really.

Oh, and Barkley and Moore he showed what makes him legendary status.

But I agree he was past prime.

What kind of argument is that? He went to 140 and avoided Tszyu. That's it.

                  I corrected your statement above.

I have given you video evidence of Floyd wanting Tszyu... and an article of Floyd wanting Tszyu.

can you please share any evidence of Tszyu wanting Floyd?? or are you basically admitting that KT ran from Floyd the same way Hatton did for years?

Wait a second. Dont want to barge in. But how the hell did KT 'run' from Floyd the same way Hatton allegedely (at least in your opinion) did??? Last time I checked KT fought his entire career at 140.
