Don't be correcting my statements when your's are almost complete lunacy. I'm sharing evidence from my memory. I don't have the time to be rummaging around in a huff to grab some article in order to say I'm right. If you didn't pay attention to Tszyu's career, that's your problem. He always said anybody at 140 is welcome. Looking at the way Floyd has cherry picked his opponents, how can you sincerely disagree with this, if you know anything about Kostya Tszyu? It's ridiculous. Give it up. You have better arguments to make for your boy.
Is Floyd Past His Prime?

I also had thought that Duran turned pro at LW. Then I went to boxrec to verify and noticed that he RARELY made the LW limit early in his career. That indicates to me that he was a substantially bigger guy than PBF.started off at 135. Ever seen his bouts with De Jesus? And If I remember correctly he skipped 140 to go to 147 and fight Leonard. I could be wrong but I dont think so. That is unprecedented, really.
Oh, and Barkley and Moore he showed what makes him legendary status.
But I agree he was past prime.
But we agree that by 31, his best days were behind him, and that was the key point.
I think BOTH PBF and Hatton have seen better days. More so PBF as he is a smaller , older man who relies more on reflexes and timing.
AGAIN: NO EXCUSES. NONE.Comment

Some boxrec records are wrong. Actually alot of them are. But that is besides the point.I also had thought that Duran turned pro at LW. Both fighters are at the top of there game (for the most part besides what some may think) and at the top of the boxing world. This fight should really have no excuses. I just hope Floyd gets knocked out of DWTS's so he can train some more...
BTW, is the studio for DWTS in vegas? Or LA???Comment

wear and tear + total fights
in regards to being past his prime .. generally speaking the smaller fighters do get that wear and tear on their bodies
(hell look at all the old heavyweights out their.)
but if your gonna compare who is more past their prime (again the being past prime is slightly .. nothing drastic here like going from being elite to a journeyman)
I would say Ricky Hatton is more so ... and its not even close
the guy gets bruised up quite a bit (not just vs Collazo)... hell google the name Jon Thaxton ... it looks like Ricky was stabbed in the face with a knife
and he had plastic surgery on his left eyebrow.
and its not even factoring in the in between weight gaining which im still curious to know how long has been going on.Comment

Tszyu wanted none of Floyd. Tszyu's legacy is far short of PBF's. In every conceivable way.Don't be correcting my statements when your's are almost complete lunacy. Floyd fought Oscar, who is a bigger and better AND YOUNGER fighter than Tszyu.
Accept it and move on........NEXT!!Comment

What's with the revisionist history?? You're not proving anything here to anybody that knows something. Tszyu ran from Mayweather? lol THAT IS THE LAUGH LINE OF THE NIGHT!
Congratulations, Dios. You finally outdid yourself. Now you moved from simpleton's propaganda to shrieking hysterics. You are really a funny guy.Comment
