It appears that at the very least Mosley voluntarily took these enhancers, paid a lot of personal money for them with high expectations for their effects. One thing I am not sure of, were these substances officially banned at the time? In other words if Mosley would have came right out and stated to the commissions he was taking these particular substances would he have been in trouble?

Well I have heard the account from the Prosecutor. I have read what Shane has said. I believe him when he says that he wasn't entirely sure what he was taking. The reason I say that is because I think Shane has earned credibility with the way his career and life has gone. Plus I do think that him passing the lie detector test (which we've known for years now) carries at least some weight
