Mosley implicated again in BALCO probe

I doubt the steroids helped him and here's why: Oscar pretty much always fades down the stretch while Mosley is a good 2nd half fighter. Mosley in 2000, when Balco wasn't in play here, beat Oscar badly in the last 4 rounds. I think additionally that any added muscle Shane had actually hurt him more than it helped him. That said, it was wrong if he did it but I am waiting until his interview with Dan Rafael is up later tonight before I say much more on it. Let's see what Shane says before we convict him of anything

Well I have heard the account from the Prosecutor. I have read what Shane has said. I believe him when he says that he wasn't entirely sure what he was taking. The reason I say that is because I think Shane has earned credibility with the way his career and life has gone. Plus I do think that him passing the lie detector test (which we've known for years now) carries at least some weight

A lot of criminals have passed the lie-detector test. It's not true if you don't believe it is. Meaning, Balco prabably wasn't even advertised to these athletes as an illegal drug. So yeah, Shane in his heart believes that he didn't use an illegal drug. Barry Bonds could pass the test as well. What's the difference b/w Barry, that female sprinter and Mosley?

Well ask yourself this question: Do you believe that Shane Mosley has earned credibility and has integrity? I believe he does. If you don't, I don't blame you but I don't think he should be lumped in with Gary Sheffield or Barry Bonds because each case is different

Right thats exactly my point, I feel his lie detector test and his current statements lead me to believe that he didn't know that what he was doing was illegal. CHeck where he says he submitted the names of supplements to see if they were banned. You wouldn't just make that up now because it can be proven true or false. I think that his strength coach/nutritionist let him down

Cheating is cheating. Period. He used them. That's all. He's no different from Bonds. And, anybody that believes that they "unknowingly" took steroids is naive or incredibly biased. You cannot defend the indefensible.
