    Is he getting better?

    Now that's a subjective statement..

This is a matter of perception. I can't debate yours with you - you cannot debate mine with me.

Don't worry about dissing. We all see something different.

I hear you dogz you got your points, I just would like to know what exactly is it that you see that signifies him breaking down mentally because I always saw him as a mentally sound fighter.. I feel you though, you see what you see and it's well respected.. 100

It doesn't really matter because after the Hatton fight, Mayweather will have the IQ of a potato. Lying on a bed 24 hours a day in his own faeces with a nurse wiping the drool from the corner of his mouth whilst reading him the hate mail that I have sent.

            Hahaha, hilarious!!

Seriously though, it might actually be something in what you're suggesting here.
It seems like Floyd is desperate for attention, longing for the superstar-status he feels he deserves.
The guy is over 30 now, so time is running out for him. If **** is gonna happen, it has to happen NOW. Yeah yeah, he is considered the best and all that, but he isn't praised as a superstar like DLH.

It just might seem as he's trying a little bit harder to win over people than anything else at the moment, Dancing with the Stars as a prime example of this.
If this will hurt him in the ring remains to be seen, but I'd be surprised if it didn't...

And yes, I would agree with you Addison that this craving for attention is a weakness.
A weakness we haven't seen so much of until now.
He shouldn't be worried about his popularity ratings right now, as his upcoming fight can severely damage his legacy if he loses.

I know, most of you will argue that it's only to sell more PPV's, but I don't buy that.
There's something deeper than money that's digging in Floyd's mind, me thinks.

This is actually a good thread if you go deeper into the thinking behind it than just "hate".

            Nice going, Addison

Plenty of things. Some of them overt, some of them subtle.

                Many of them well known.

Crying, Retiring, hating the media/loving the media, claiming people who clearly do not like or appreciate him are his fans, the absolutely weird and pathetic **** he's said to opponents, the current (new) war with his father, mood swings and changes in behavior, ect.

Maybe we haven't seen all of, or the same, interviews.

He's made many comments and statements that I find troubling, puzzling, and revelatory within various context.

lolz another crazy perception, not because I don't agree but because I don't see the facts.. he isn't craving for no attention, how much more attention does he need other than being pound for pound the best boxer alive today on a championship level in terms of skills, he knows what he's worth yo he doesn't need to go to dancing with the stars as an attention whore he's doing it to attract more people to the sport, it's obvious yo he knows he's a big draw and he's trying to keep it that way. Floyd has all the money he needs yo it's all about greatness now not no ****ing attention, he's not no little kid knocking over crayons just so he could be acknowledged, where do you people get these thoughts from?? he's shown no signs of that, he's clearly doing a lot for the sport yet so many of you hate him, I just don't get it.. 100
