Come now... it's not like Barrera beat the living **** out of Morales in the rounds that you thought he won. I agree with you that Barrera won, but I have a hard time believing that it should be inconceivable to think Morales won.

you dont have facts to back up your claim that barrera isnt hbo's hype job...lmfao....you havent responded to any of the facts ive given, of course a fight is always up to interpretation....so i didnt say this is the truth, but whatever you got nothing to say...

You are starting to sound like a blind fanboy. AGAIN you are contradicting yourself Jones was THE BEST fighter in his day and at his weight. By your standards he is NOT overhyped, otherwise Barrera is also overhyped even if you consider him the best at feather.

Pavlik isnt a hype job though. People forget they were hyping Miranda until Pavlik ****ed his **** up.

HBO is pushing hard for Taylor to be a star. This is obvious with the numerous countdown shows, and all of his big fights being on HBO. They think he could be a big star, but I dont see it.

Gatti doesn't need anybody to hype him. He fights. He fights hard. People respect him , want to watch him fight.

I'd agree with that statement. I think he warrants more tv time than some other HBO fighters.

But you get the sense that when HBO talks about him that he's an all-time great or something. Which he obviously isn't.
