And the sport of boxing is not about hitting without being hit. It is about knocking out your opponent, it has always been about knocking out your opponent. Its history is the history of knockouts, not of points wins.
Yep, also the Ben Tackie fight was decent, as was the Eamon Magee fight, And then there's a certain Kostya Tszyu, The Carlos Maussa fight had a good K.O. Dios, you seem to have decent boxing knowledge so don't act silly, don't always judge Ricky on his Collazo performance..watch his other fights before making silly comments, It's like me judging Floyd on the first Castillo fight for **** sake..

Actually boxing is the only sport you don't need many fans as long as you have many angry people. People will come to see you get beat anyway so it doesn't really matter why they are there/buy the fight. Fact is, this fight happens AFTER shane mosley/cotto and taylor/pavlik but there is much more talk on this one than any of the ones mentioned. On Mayweather, he is a great champion, my favorite all time together with Ali and the only reason i still watch boxing or care to come here. On the fight, i think Mayweather needs to come prepared. To do his job 100%. Be 100% physically, don't play around with Hatton, study the brit well and remember people like Hatton always transcend themvelves when presented with an opportunity like this. Don't expect the Hatton who fought Collazo, expect the one who fought Tszu. That's the one who will show up I'm 100% sure. If Mayweather manages to beat him he is an all time great

Bruno wasn't as popular as must people make out. He acted like a clown, people laugh at clowns.

On the Poll options, you should have added a "all of the above" choice as well.

            That's my answer

After the highly anticipated match-up, we can all agree on one thing, 39 have tried and 39 have failed.

If mayweather is the only reason you watch boxing then you're not a Real Boxing fan. Go join the Mayweather fan club somewhere like a boyband groupie. I'm a floyd fan but damn.

I agree with this comment. floyd is the only reason I follow boxing so closely. most fights are sloppy and the fighters lack top rate skills. floyd is the last of his era maybe berto or paul williams can get on a run like floyd has but I doubt it.
