    And I've never done much Greco.... trained with a guy to help him work on his... that is all. He was going to the O-trials.

        Please keep in mind that an in-shape Manny Pacquiao is 140 pounds. That means if I was racing Manny, I would be humping an extra sixty pounds of muscle over six miles. And sucking oxygen to feed them.

        Manny damn well better beat an average sized guy in a six mile run!! Just as I would expect that I can beat Shannon Briggs in a six mile run.

            i've been running for my entire life, i'm 5'10", 170ish and full of good looks but its menacing to my body to try and keep that pace for more than 4 miles. shannon briggs, you ny boys stick together!

                  Folkstyle is what they do in High School and College. My ears were fine,I really was never on the receiving end on being on the mat to rub my ears.haha I had a friend that was coming down with collyflower though.I think he got to it before it got worse.

                    I have short legs and I still run a fast pace.I probably gotta do almost double the steps a taller person has to do. That is good and bad though.
