4 consecutive 7 minutes miles?
Did you slow down as u went or stay constant?
Cause if ur not pushing urself thats pretty damn good!

I can put together ONE decent mile. I can't do a hard 5k. I very seldom run long. I do alot of windsprints, though...
Go out and do some 25 sec 200's
. I find that kind of fitness much more useful than running six or eight miles.

Why do you think I run them so fast for? I try to beat my time everytime I do it. I did do the sprints before though.I might start back.

I hit some timed 200's... and I run some 100s at about 90%.
That is much better for strength athletes, in my humble opinion.
