That is much better for strength athletes, in my humble opinion.

I can't speak as intelligently for boxing because I've never boxed 10 rounds. i don't know what that feels like . But in wrestling, the type of fitness that you need is that explosive strength for 15-20 second bursts. And then a short period of rest to recover and then burst again.

      200s is perfect for that.

Besides, long runs strip your muscle mass. Would you rather look like a sprinter or a distance runner?

He reportedly aced five holes and finished 38 under par on the golf course. The "Great Leader" routinely shoots three or four holes-in-one per round, the government-controlled media reported."

Ive also did wrestling for 3 years, Roman-Greco,Freestyle,and Folkstyle. Now sprints would of been good for this. We would get timed to run 400 meters in a minute, then if you didnt do it you gotta do it again. We had to run bleachers too. Also we did some 100 meters.

By the way Wrestling is waaaaaaaaaay harder then boxing.

                      THANK YOU

Yeah.... That is when I started doing intervals, and it has kinda stuck. To me, it is the best way to do roadwork, and I'm suprised that more boxers don't do it that way.

Yes. Wrestling is way tougher than boxing. Not only are the number of moves and techniques more challenging, but you have to move , lift, carry and support your opponent's entire bodyweight. You never have to do that in boxing.

Guys who say that boxing is tougher than MMA (for example) have never really wrestled.
