  • Manny Pacquiao Ran 6 Miles In 40 Minutes

I Just Wanted To Ask If This Is Fast Or Not. It Took Manny Pacquiao 40 Minutes To Run A 6 Mile Uphill Road. Is That Fast?? I Dont Know If Other Athletes Can Do Faster.

That's a good time for running uphill...but I'm sure it's not THAT fast. My usual Saturday morning 10K run (a little over 6 miles) takes me about 45-50 minutes. So I'm sure there's plenty of world-class athletes that run a lot faster!

It's about 9,000 meters, the men's world record in the 10,000m athletics event is about 25 minutes, so it's not world class pace. The 'uphill' part depends on the gradient.

Thats a bit harsh. He was only asking cos he didn't know if it was good or not.

Running is for ******. Completely boring and useless if you're not training.

horribly boring, but an amazing workout if u wanna stay in shape.

I run all the time, a lot shorter distances then i used to.

But when i was going at it nonstop, i was doing 6 in maybe 45 minutes. Which is really good, 40 is amazing. As you get down to that level, even shaving seconds off ur time is hard.

What he probably does, im assuming cause hes a pro athlete, is run about 8-9 miles at a set pace per mile, and then cuts it down to 6 on certain days but he does it as fast as he can.

I did the same thing except instead of 8-9 it was 6, and when i cut it down it was about 4.
