Taylor by decision as he takes control of the fight past the half-way mark. Although I wouldn't be surprised to see him KO Pavlik, many will, I won't.

If Taylor wins it'll be a close victory. I honestly don't see him boxing to a decision. he is not that type of fighter he is not a good boxer. In the Hopkins fights he was very inactive in both fights. And he doesn's use his jab. His best chance is to slug it out. But his power couldn't KO Spinks or Ouma. He's not KOing a legitimate MW. He gets backed up to easy. And Pavlik will come the whole night. JT's chin is suspect at best and the clean shots Hopkins landed late nearly put him out. I don't expect Taylor to jab or block Pavlik's punches. Pavlik by KO.

His handspeed is much faster than Pavlik's as well as more technically sound (never thought I'd give JT that compliment over an opponent). However, I'll be rooting for Pavlik to hurt JT and knock him out cold.

Manny's so bold in his prediction that Taylor will ko Pavlik that leads me to believe that he'll be throwing in the towel by the 9th round if not even earlier. This promises to be a massacre, however, Taylor as of late has been known to clinch a lot in order to stay out of harm's way. If he wasn't holding so admirably against Kassim, Kassim would've probably put him on his butt at least once. Imagine what Pavlik will do to his ass. That will be sweeter that caramel.

You can say what you want he hasn't fought anyone but Taylor has fought bums with only speed and punch output and they went 12 rounds with him. Pavlik would have Koed them both in the late rounds. They say miranda is overrated but he also would have Koed Taylors opponents. It looks like Taylor get winded as the fight goes on, he doesn't look as hungry either. He may have speed but that lasts for 6-7 rounds if he's lucky Pavlik will keep the pressure on walk him down and destroy him. This will be a very exciting fight but it think Taylor will be in the fight of his life! He better take this fight VERY seriously. I don't think he wants it a much as Pavlik, Pav has a good chin and has the edge in heart power and endurance. I think Taylor will be the one exposed now that he's in with someone who can ****!!! (pav hits harder than Hopkins, Ouma, Spinks And Wink, he's also bigger too!!)

I just watched the countdown... Taylor is in Pocono to train i think right there says how nervous manny is to have taylor fight Pavlik. Also the fact the taylor requested to fight at 168 as opposed to 160 says allot about his stamina!!! Manny is smart tho he hopes that he will catch Pavlik early with quickness and with a little power at 168. I dunno manny is very crafty!!! it's a gamble, i still think that pav is gunna own taylor tho.
