Pavlik wins by decision due to his sheer punch output and will to win. Judges favor aggression these days, and Pavlik's will show in spades. I pick decision because I think Taylor's chin can withstand Pavlik's power.

The x factor in this ifght is Emmanuel Steward's gameplan, and if Jermain decides to listen or not. His track record has been faulty and he typically ignores Steward and fights down to his opponet's level. If he can change that and listen to Steward he can win the fight, if he doesn't, he's going to have a rough night.
