Manny is smart tho he hopes that he will catch Pavlik early with quickness and with a little power at 168. I dunno manny is very crafty!!! it's a gamble, i still think that pav is gunna own taylor tho.
I just watched it too. You're Right! They are nervous! Pavlik seems calm and ready. Good post!
      KO KELLY!

The difference is. If Taylor loses his career will be **** since people are harder on him since his last fights are being criticized. But if he wins, which I believe he will. He will have people back on his side.

Yeah the fact that they are trying to play it off like it's no big deal!??! and they mention the fact the no fighter has ever lost after training there??? dude they are scared ****less of Pav! All those fights that Taylor was handed when he should have lost i have an inkling that HBO was trying to groom him to carry the middle weight devision.... all the seedy **** is going to catch up with him that night! He never learned and was passed along fight by fight. Plus Pav is a smarter fighter that taylor. Taylor needs instructions every round and if the game plan changes mid round he's ****ed!!! Winky have him a hard time he's not dedicated to his craft like Pav seems to be. Taylor has it forced upon him with manny it manny had Pav he would be ridiculous!!!!!

i picked taylor by KO. i think he's being overlooked because of his last few flop fights, and i think frustration with the champ has fed into the overhyping of a powerful exciting guy in pavlik. don't get me wrong, this should be a great fight. but if jermain can't find a way to KO a guy who will be trying to KO him and thus providing the neccesary openings, then i'll shut right the hell up (and think about how much jermain taylor sucks).

i got jermain, cos he has put himself in a need-to-win situation.

does anyone think 8 lbs is a big difference in the fight? I think it could be a huge issue i mean when Hopkins moved up in weight he was way more active! I dunno i want kelly to win but I am starting to get nervous about my pick.

I think manny assumes that kelly has poor coordination at a heavier weight and jermain has better accuracy and will catch Pav. hmmm but then kellys power goes up as well.... i hope so anyways.

i'm not much of a Taylor fan, and i think has the tendency to fight his opponents kind of fight, that's why he can be boring when fighting someone like Spinks. but imo Taylor can fight his opponents (Pavlik's) kind of fight and still win, yeah, he's that good. lol

                    Taylor UD.

I hanged my mind from last week..

Last week I was seeing Taylor by UD.. now I'm leaning toward Pavlik by KO.

Just had a clear vision of it in the 8th round.
