Ahahaha, man code. This wasnt a public debate or speaking context. There is no reason for Hatton to throw insults around at something like this, plus there isnt really an opportunity unless you want to come across as a stuttering gimp like Floyd did. Hatton isnt into dreadful half-arsed put-downs, and showboating. He'll get on with the job. Put him in an interview situation where someone asks if he thinks that Floyd is a runner and he'll say that he thinks that Floyd is a not especially exciting fighter who works on the back-foot...(which is pretty much all he has ever said) whether Floyd is there or not.

He has no hatred of Floyd and he doesnt pretend to do so, Floyd probably doesnt or Ricky either...he has to fake it, which is much worse. Hatton just thinks that Floyd is a clown and you laugh at clowns, which is what Ricky did.

Oh, and also hired a fey actor and produced a video.... don't forget that!!

Do you genuinely think that Floyd muttering a few lame insults and calling RH 'Vicky Fatton' was funny? If so I genuinely pity your sense of humour. If they are trying to score points, that seems to me like one point to Hatton.

I'm liking Ricky on a personal level more and more since the press conference. I've always like him personally because he's so lighthearted, I remember one time someone came to watch him train and talk to fighters at his gym about him and while he was in the ring he was mooning the camera. Then he started talking about the rumors that he drinks a lot, and he said "I don't know where all the rumors come from" and he was in the ring holding a bottle of vodka in his boxing glove.

It's funny that he's not taking this too seriously, and the pics of Hatton and Mayweather at the conference are hilarious.
