That has been down to his opponent.

Fact is the arena isn't big enough to accommodate the amount of fans who would willingly fly over from Britain to see the fight.

I hope Hatton does the job on Mayweather as then we can hold the fights in the U.K, See how many U.S fans come over to back there man..I hope they do we will be able to accomadate no worrys!!
What yall Brits aren't understanding is that we here in America don't back a fighter just because he is American. Most of yall are backing Ricky Hatton because of a country alliegience we don't do that so there is always going to be a difference in crowd turn outs. If Americans backed fighters because they are American we would always outnumber the fans of any other fighter because we as a whole have more money then majority of other countries.

Huge statement? I dont know anybody besides the few Floyd fanboys here that would disagree with me. Hatton has more fans than Floyd overall! Floyd doesnt even HAVE a fanbase. Yes he might have some fans, but u never see anybody in the crowd chanting and holding up posters/signs on behalf of Floyd.

Yeah... those were the same two that filled Thomas & Mack for the Judah fight.

You are ****ing trippin if you believe that PBF couldn't sell out the MGM Grand without one Brit buying a ticket. I saw plenty of people from my hometown in Vegas when I went for the De la Hoya fight. I stay on the East coast. Don't say dumbass **** just because you don't like PBF and you really like Hatton and want PBF to lose.

LOL. Did it ever cross your mind that the MGM was sold out on that night due to Floyd's opponent?

Because mature and knowledgeable fans don't paint their faces blue and white and carry signs at fights. American boxing fans don't do that.

Mayweather/Judah sold 15,000+. Mayweather/Baldomir sold well. PBF has been in FOUR successful PPV's to date.

Wake up, Rickety. You are not the money in this fight.

Would Hatton be getting ten million to fight ANYBODY other than Floyd or Oscar? Hatton just made $2.5 mil for Castillo.

Perhaps Hatton needs that many groupies in attendance to catch his various body parts as they fly out of the ring.

And why did Thomas & Mack sell out?? For Judah?
Zab Judah couldn't even sell out the Theatre at MSG in his own town.

Deevel doesn't understand the boxing business.

It isnt only about painting faces and carrying signs. Its about live fan support. The pinoys come out in massive numbers and cheer on Pacman. The Mexicans proudly wave thier flags and cheer on ANY Mexican champion who is fighting. Tito and Cotto turn MSG into little Puerto Rico when they fight there (i've witnessed it first hand). Yet u dont see any fan outcry for Floyd. Why is that?
