Did you even see the fight to say something like that?

Barrera without question did enough to get the descision. Even without that knockdown. The rounds he won were much more descive, and the rounds Morales won barring a few were relatively close and could have been scored even, maybe even for Barrera. ****ty judging. The referre did the right thing giving Barrera that knockdown even probably knowing it wasn't legitimate, I need to get that ref's name, that guy is awesome.

Am I watching a different fight than everyone else or what? I'm genuinely confused by this.
Nah, JMM clearly won that fight gave barrera a lesson in counter punching, barrera can try and box pacquiao, but when he gets hit he may revert to slugging it out, as when he gets hit sometimes his first reaction is to fire back, thing is, he cant **** with Pac man, if he goes the distance, he will gain my respect.

Couple points I want to hit on real quick........

First of all I have no idea how someone could score the first Barrera/Morales fight for Morales. Barrera has seldom looked better, his combinations were amazing, his accuracy was laserlike and his defense was brilliant. I have no idea what fight the judges were watching scoring it for Morales, but I expect ****ty judging in boxing.

What I don't expect is ****ty judging from fans. Because we have a better, clearer view of the inring action with instant replays and slow motion video. Anybody who watched that fight and scored it for Morales should have their eyes checked by a local optometrist.

As for Barrera/Marquez. It was a very close fight in which Marco completely controlled the tempo, pace and action. Barrera hitting Marquez while he was down was a bad move, I think we can all agree on that. However what is not said is that Barrera waited a few seconds for Jay Nady to rule, he didn't rule a slip, he didn't rule a knockdown, he stood there with his thumb up his ass.

Barrera has been known to lose his temper in the ring before and Nady's horrible officiating set him off. Was it excusable? No. Was it understandable? Yes.

Agree! and what you said makes a lot of sense. MAB waited for the ref to rule it and the ref ain't do ****. That part pissed me off. If everything were judged correctly I had MAB wining by 2 rounds

I saw MAB winning the fight.MAB wasn't getting hit with solid shot.He was able to move his head and have JMM punches touch him slightly. The post fight conference clearly showed that JMM got the worst of it!

Barrera Marquez was so damn close its not even funny. If Nady had ruled the knockdown right, I would have made it 9-8 Barrera. If that would have happened, Barrera would have won. Without the knockdown, Marquez won by 1 point, 114-113. So go figure, the fight depended on Nadys call in my book.

The very best I could see for Morales in the 1st fight was a draw, and thats without me counting the knockdown, because after all, it wasnt legitimate. Theres no freakin way Barrera didnt win at least 6 rounds. Fantastic fight, one of my favorites. Ive probebly watched that fight more than any other.

Id like to think Barrera has something left, but really, Im not sure he does. If you really think about his career and all the punishment hes taken...its pretty amazing. He already had taken tons of it before even the 1st Morales fight. Sadly, he has to give eventually...just like Gatti did.

A true boxing fan should watch that fight clearly. MAB doesn't need to fight JMM he already beat him. MAB is already moving on to better fights. JMM knows he lost that fight. He was so quick to give MAB a rematch. JMM has a lot of respect for MAB and looks up to him. Once MAB defeats Pac he can retire as in ATG.

For the record, anytime I think of the outcome of Barrera/Marquez I still get pissed to this day. I always get pissed when I see fighters cheated out of a victory they've earned. And Barrera is one of my all time favorites.

for the idiots claiming that people are now only claiming barrera won. Go back to old topics and you'll see that I said Barrera got robbed. I don't know how people could have jmm winning when Barrera dodged the punches jmm threw and countered with his own punches. I thought you don't can't punches that don't land, so how the hell could anyone have jmm winning that fight.
