thats all just my opinion for the record.
You are exaggerating, and stretching the truth.

He didn't "steal". Oscar's gym bag. He "took" Oscar's gym bag and dared Oscar to come get it.

He openly admits that he took Oscar's bag: "Yeah, I took your bag. Do something about it. Come do something about it."

It is a matter of punking Oscar and taking Oscar's manhood. Not "stealing", per se.

Also, PBF said "I respect Oscar as a man, but not as a fighter. That's just the type of guy I am.". You can pull the presscon up on YT.

i dont think the sales of the mayweather hatton fight come into it as hatton fans will take up 2/3 of that arena and thats a minimum. the english have an uncanny habit and way of snapping up nearly every ticket for a large event.

I think the PPV sales is the indication. Not gate.

I don't think you'll see Floyd wanting to be the most adored fighter around any time soon. He makes his money by being the "bad guy" and he plays that role very well. For him to try to something else wouldn't make any sense at all. Mayweather gets all the respect he needs from boxing fans and pundits alike. Because love him or hate him you have to respect him.

P4P, I thought Cory Spinks held that distinction at Mayweather's 'retirement.'

Anyway, he's atop these mythical P4P lists but what division, weight class is he the number fighter 1 in that you can say definitively?

I find it funny a that guy not even number 1 in his own weight class (whatever that is) is regarded as the mythical #1 P4P. In collecting belts he never took the on the #1 guy of any of those divisions.

Exactly what he is currently doing.
Making big fights, against guys like DLH and Hatton.
I doubt Floyd will ever be as popular as DLH, though.

People want action. There's no science in jabbing and moving. I just did that **** sparring yesterday. No science, was boring as hell. People want action.
