We know what we saw. PBF clearly beat Oscar.

Do you know how many fights you can say this about? You can say that about Oscar-Shane 1.

Pernell clearly beat Chavez. It was scored a draw.

    What is your point?

I don't know about that. Mosley clearly beat Oscar in the first fight.

      As did Floyd.

And as for the thread maker, don't waste your time. lol.

That still doesnt make Bruseles, Mitchell, Oscar, Baldy, and Ricky the best fighters in the world. Bruseles is ****, Mitchell is over the hill, as is Oscar, Baldy was a no hoper, and Ricky is probably the closest thing to a modern day Gerry Cooney, so no Floyd is not the best and hasn't beaten the best.

Right. and if you look at the scorecards, it was ONE round away on ONE judge's scorecard from a draw.

          Go verify.

"Judge Marqi Samon, however, scored the fight 115-113 for De La Hoya.

Judge Lou Filippo favoured Mosley 116-112 and judge Pat Russell favored the new champion 115-113. "

IF PAT RUSSELL HAD SCORED ONE MORE ROUND FOR OSCAR, WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE OUTCOME OF THE FIGHT?

            Littleman,

Who, in the 140 to 154 weight classes, HAS beaten the best?

              2001 is his legacy.....then a 1-1 vs castillo...

but seriously you cant hold it against floyd that there wasnt anyone good when he was fighting at 140 and 147, because at 140, Tszyu was old inactive and ended up losing, and Hatton ducked PBF....
147 had judah as the top dog and baldomir was the champion...

we all know PBF wouldnt have been champion at 147if he wouldve fougt prime DLH, Mosley and Forrest, though....

one thing i notice about floyd that he for him the WBC belts what he feel is too win to become a champion. In his documentary " Soul of Champion" He said he wants to be 5 division champion from 154 to where he started and he accomplished that. He could have stayed in one division or two and had the good advantage of power, size as well as speed but wanted the challenge.

Anyway when Floyd fought Zab people where saying he should have fought Baldomir and when he was fighting Baldy people said Margarito...etc so any person he fights there should be another person that he should have fought at the same time, maybe 24 rounds in one night could be a good solution for you because boxing is a game with few fights per year e****ally when you are at a championship level

yeah thats pretty much what i think because honestly PBF has taken the fights he has to take, with the exception of Hatton and that was Hatton's fault... and at 147+ he was fortunate there were avarage champions and old superstars but that is not his fault...he did what he had to do...
however i do not see a leonard, ali, jones, robinson in floyd...........

isee him more in the level of shane and de la hoya, but he is lucky enough to not run into great fighters in their prime in the upper weight classes....
