Tyson had most boxers he fought in his prime, and few put him on his ass. Lewis had over the hill fighters who made him look good. Prime Tyson was unbelievebly amazing, unbeatable, Prime Lewis fought folk who were over the hill (Holyfield aside).

I can't gauge chin strength (none of us can), but in strength of opponent and the time of their careers in which Tyson or Lewis fought them, Tyson wipes the floor. Lewis (Holyfield aside) fought no-one great in their prime, and won.

I don't think he was a bum, his scraps with Holyfield proved he wasn't, but I see your point.
