    Baldomir never beats Kostya Tszyu.

And there is no myth about Mayweather being the bigger fighter, he simply is. He has the larger frame, forget about where fighters started their careers. That's meaningless. That's whatever gameplan their team setups from an early age- starting the fighter at the lowest possible weight. Mayweather used his huge reach advantage well early in his career fighting at 130-135 when he has the frame of a natural welter. Hatton may balloon up in weight more than Floyd between fights, but Floyd is simply the bigger man.

Mayweather has grown into the welterweight division. Just look at his body in the DLH fight compared to any of his previous fights. He has definetely bulked up. I don't think people will realize the difference until they stand toe-to-toe and Mayweather is looking down at Hatton.

And frankly these two fighters are just not on the same level. Hatton is considered P4P, but it's based really off of the win over Tszyu. He has not beaten any other P4P level fighters in his career. He is the only P4P fighter who could move up one division and become absolute garbage. This will be a replay of the Baldomir fight...

Being a man that likes to look at the world through logical eyes, I'm left confused by the lack of logic i see used to support these most obsured claims.

Myth 1: Floyd is the bigger man. Hmmm, Didn't Floyd Start his career at 130? Where did Hatton start his career-140 i believe. How then is floyd the bigger man? Floyd blew up to cherry pick the higher divisions, but that doesn't make him the naturaly bigger or stronger man!

Myth 2: Mayweather is too fast. Mayweather hasn't looked fast since he fought Corrales. Didn't look too fast against De la Hoya or Judah for that matter. I'll give ya Gatti, but that was more accuracy against a guy not known for his defensive prowess.

Myth 3: Mayweather boxes too well. Mayweather boxes? Funny, I though Mayweather Pot shots and creates distance to Pot shot some more. He does this all night long. He adapts well, but other than that what has Floyd really shown us? That he can beat Hand selected opposition? Roy played that tune long enough that we don't need Mayweather to reprise the role!

Fact: Hatton is the first PRIME,LEGIT,P4P RANKED, UNDEFEATED FIGHTER MAYWEATHER HAS EVER FACED! THATS A COLD HARD ***IN FACT, UNDENIABLE!!!! How then can so many here proclaim Mayweather the be all end all and in the process totally trash an undefeated, just as proven champion? Hate, thats how!

Mayweather resume since leaving 130lbs-Corley,Gatti,Mitchell,Judah,Baldomere,DLH! thats everyone

Hattons resume Tszyu,Maussa,Callozo,Urango,Castillo in roughly same time frame.

Quality of opposition is the most reliable indicator of ability. Is there that much of a difference given the factors involved to say Mayweather is superior based on this criteria? I don't think so.

Point is, there is absolutly no reason to dismiss Hatton. Floyd has shown no substance since leaving the 130lb division. Hattons resume isn't spectaular either. that said, This fight is a pickem fight.

Im picking Hatton to overwhelm Maywetaher mid to late!!! For those of you still holding on to the "Floyd is bigger stronger illusion-Remember what Happened to Jones. Weight means nothing if it isnt there. Mayweather will have to make weight just like Hatton.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA keep it up kiddo hahahahahahahahahahahahaha too bad it's got the flag:

Look Hatton had trouble with Collazo who is a slick boxer. Hatton at times was stuck. He was getting tagged from the outside and could not get on the inside. This fight will be at Floyd's distance. Hatton will only get in when Mayweather wants him to. Just like he has done in his last two previous fights. Against Baldomir and Oscar he went into the corner and allowed them to swing wildy at times. Probably to tire them out.

Also Floyd has the superior boxing IQ. He can make adjustments. If Hatton was able to nullify something Mayweather's versatility would allow him to make a change. If Hatton is forced to fight from the outside he doesn't have the handspeed to catch Floyd with clean punches consistently. It's not a pick em fight seriously. It's not a toss up. Most around here and other boxing fans would safely bet on a Mayweather decision. I don't see Hatton doing any better than De La Hoya did. DLH fought a really solid fight which he wasn't given credit for. He boxed well and tried to fight inside and was pretty good defensivly as well. I don't see Hatton picking off some Floyd's shots like Oscar did.

This fight is a total mis-match!!! I can't stand Mayweather's gangster persona but as a fighter he is awesome. I can't blame him for wanting to fight Hatton. Hatton is taylor made for Maywesther's style and this will be either a 12 round beat down or a middle round stoppage for Mayweather. I see Mayweather having an easy time with Hatton because of the skill and speed differences. Hatton is over-rated in the press and about the only thing we'll see in this fight is just how much of a beating he can withstand. Mayweather is a cautious fighter and will hit and run for the first few rounds but I expect by the middle rounds he will be pot shotting the straight a head Hatton as he lunges in desperation. Fact is Mayweather IS the bigger man as he has grown. If a hard punching BIG DEla Hoya couldn't hurt Mayweather I can't see Hatton giving him any trouble at all.

The guys that Kostya Tszyu beat are small guys. There is this myth about Kostya Tszyu that he was some kind of killer or all-time great.

Who did Tszyu beat? What, in actuality, is his resume?

Call me silly names like a little *****. But I am sticking by my postion that Kostya Tszyu would stuggle with a Big/Strong, but mediocre, welterweight.

I saw Baldomir gobble shots from Judah and keep coming. I saw Baldomir gobble shots from Forrest and keep coming. He lured Gatti into a slugfest, and wore that 140er down.

I say that there is a damn good chance that Baldomir wears Tszyu down. Period.

                    .
Ive been sayin this for ages, his best win is Zab Judah i think, yet when mayweather beats judah it doesnt count cos judah is a bum, when tsysu beats him it makes him the greatest of all time at 140 pounds.

If Hatton can outmuscle Floyd in the clinches, wear him down with continuous pressure and body blows, and keep the pressure on in later rounds, he could win, but those are some pretty hefty "ifs". Hatton's my favorite active boxer, but the smart money's on Floyd for this fight, he'll probably move and jab his way to a decision victory, as per usual these days.
