I Have many threads that i get in and Post anti Floyd, They always get out of topic in conversation and make it into insults and then they just sound foolish,
Damn man, i always find ways to to get in Floyd fans head but you did a perfect response, i expected you to get ticked off, really ticked, so i can battle you or whatever and have you spewing off nonsense but you said the cleverest remark without getting angry, You are a smart guy, clever as hell, props man, I always find eways to tick off Floyd fans but , me being a real Floyd hater, You shut me up, I love arguing with Floyd fans but how do i respond to awesome without me sounding ****** and making it personal, i just cant, You the first Floyd fan ot of a million that i feel got the best of me and with one simple response, awesome
even though i am a floyd fan im a realist
and i try to be as honest as i can be
and i realize its about being open to other people's opinions and views
i know ive have started battles and said things i shouldnt in other posts
but no one is perfect
good looking out man

Morales looked fine. He looked as good at the end of the scrap as he did at the start.
Morales is a boxer who turns a boxing match into a pub brawl. The man has dodged no-one, period. He's been in about ten wars too many. He knocked Diaz down in the 1st, and then, for me, boxed the **** out of him for 11 rounds. Boxing News (UK - based mag) reckons if Morales had won the last, he'd have been home and dry. I think he'd got it in the bag before then. That's just my call. Have you seen Barrera - Morales trilogy? If not, PM your address and I'll mail them you. That's eye opening stuff, and a small percentage of explanation as to why Erik Morales has been in way too many wars.

those guys were going at it
they had wars
i dont really like barrera but i respect him based on his heart and skills
as a boxing fan you may not have to like but you gotta respect fighters like morales and barreraComment

look at the bad reaction the fight with mayweather got. a lot of people ordered the fight but all the people who dont watch boxing said they would not order boxing again because it was so boring. all the fans said this was a terrible fight with no action. he is ruining boxing by not giving the fans entertaining fights. look at the fight with hopkins. another boring fight and he took the cowards way out by going down on a light body shot.Comment

i can tell you what purpose oscar has in that division right now...
he adds more depth and excitement to the division.
look at all the big names in that division.
each fighter looks great right now.
you got:
de la hoya
mayweather
cotto
hatton
williams
margarito (even though he lost he looks good still)
cintron
mosely.
that is a terrific looking division.
it will end up being an unofficial tournament.
the winners from the fights will move on to the next fighter and the winners will move up until there is only two fighters left.
that will be a "fight of the year" type of fight like mayweather/de la hoya was made out to be.
this will be a megafight and i cant even begin to decide who would be the final two. it would be so tough. they're all great fighters.
and for me as long as mayweather doesnt win it all im happy. he talks too much trash and never backs it up. he said (reffering to his fight with oscar), "its going to be a massacre...im going to stop oscar" and guess what? he didnt do a DAMN THING except run.
so yeah...lol
i would like to see cotto go far in it though...he has promise and is one of the fighters on that least who do the least amount of trashtalking...which is a good thing...i hate it when fighters talk but dont back it up.Comment

oscar (in my opinion) pressed the fight with mayweather. he tried his hardest to make it a fight...flurry after flurry...running after mayweather...cornering him...going to work. he wanted a fight...you want to blame someone for the negative feedback from casual fans BLAME MAYWEATHER...he did most of the trashtalking to get people interested by saying, "im going to stop oscar in the fight...its going to be a massacre" so all the casual fans thought it was going to be excellent and what do you know...mayweather didnt do a damn thing.
so there you go. its not oscars fault. he brought the fight...but there must be someone fighting YOU to make it a FIGHT. oscar didnt back down or run once...not once...floyd did.
oscar has fought just about anyone that wanted to fight. he usually has very entertaining fights and is one of those, "people's champ" type of fighters.
the crowd in vegas (especially) loves him. he's a good guy and isnt afraid to mix it up.
as far as hopkins goes why dont you let b. hop punch you to the body and see what you do.
oscar is pretty tough and i admire the fact he has desire to fight even in his older age. he puts a lot of hard work into his fights and to say he's ruining the sport is a complete lie.
in fact i wish de la hoya would get back in the ring for one more great fight before he retires.Comment

i honestly didnt see that man running for 12 rounds
it was a brawl or anything
but there were point s in the fight were he stood toe to toe with oscar and fought him
i saw it more as a defensive fight with floyd being really really cautious making sure he didnt get caught with oscar's infamous left hook
but we'll see what happens
i would like for cotto to fight floyd if they both win their matchesComment
