Kinda going off topic here: Am I the only one who liked DLH vs PBF? I thought it was a great fight. I wasn't expecting corrales vs Castillo (obviously), but it was still a great fight. Well worth my money, imo. I liked Bernard Hopkins vs Winky wright too (Though I caught the replay of it)

    Now back on topic:

He creates some interesting match ups, but yeah he could try and unify the division. I don't think he would want too, but I am looking for some entertaining fights, and I'd think he would supply.

Yes there's the whole "trying to unify the welterweight division", but honestly I don't think Floyd's that interested into doing either. Cotto or Williams would have to try. I don't know honestly what Floyd's intentions are in boxing anymore. Is he trying to unify/proof himself where people can say "Wow he actually does have an impressive record. Especially at the end of his career where he took on De la hoya, Hatton, and Cotto/Mosley"/fighting for money? Honestly I think it's the last one, but it'd still be interesting to see how it turns out.

Now onto who would Oscar fight. Winky wright vs Oscar de la hoya will never happen. **** Oscar denied it again at the post press conference . Also what happens if Cotto and Hatton both lose? Will he be screwed out of a match up. So far it only seems like he wants to take on the winner of the fights. If he does have a rematch with floyd it needs to be the same ring size. He can't have all the advantages.
If Oscar plans to move down to 147 again, I think he definitely needs to fight again before May of 08, which would seem unlikely due to Cotto and Hatton are fighting in the winter. He should try and schedule a match up with Marg or hell even Williams. Though this could backfire on him by him losing. Though he seems set on fighting Cotto/Hatton, but if he does, no way in hell for may. It should be in March. April at the latest. Though didn't he say he wanted to fight at least twice in 07(maybe 08) or something? I can't remember. So yeah, he should try and pick out a good opponent.

Hell maybe Josh Clotterly as a warm up fight. Or. OR. Jose luis castillo...Yeah he could try and move up and he'll want to fight again due to him really needing $. Though that's a big what if, but I can see it drawing a lot of people in.
