    are there any american fighters who are warriors??

    the only one i can think of that is still fighting is gatti. all the rest dont have the heart to go toe to toe and go to war for the fans.

    Mosley, Holyfield, Mallingaggi(againts cotto), De La Hoya, Taylor, Juan Diaz, kelly pavlik, etc. etc. etc.

          I must concur. Taylor, Mosley, De La Hoya and Holyfield, while entertaining are not my definition of "warrior". Pavlik is too early to tell but I certainly believe he will show a lot of people what he's made of come 9/29. Lacy is a warrior because he could've easily quit on his stool anytime he wanted to but didn't. He took the beating as long as he had to, like a real man.

          It's just too bad he'll probably never be the same because of it.

            And even if Gatti was still fighting, he's Canadian born even though he resides in New Jersey I think. Wouldn't that make him a Canadian warrior at heart?

                Lacy too but whats so funny about Taylor, never seen him layoff anyone, always aggressive comming forward and throwing, showed heart againts Bernard ande Wright. Can't wait for Pavlik/taylor.

                  He spent his formative boxing years in Montreal but I think he has American citizenship.

                    citizenship is a peice of paper, he was born in canada, hes canadian
