  • Why is Max Kellerman so rude?

**** this guy. He was purely disrespectful towards/about Gatti on 7/14/07. I won't appreciate a fool that disrespect a legend to the fans.
He tried to discredit Gatti's success and skill in the most rudest way.
    **** this guy.

He wants to be a challenging and tough sports journalist like Larry Merchant was. The only thing is Merchant was 140 years old and can get away with being like that. Kellerman is only nine and comes across like a petulant schoolboy.

He gave an honest analysis, as he's paid to do, and he also merely explained what most people who follow boxing already knew. Gatti was limited in his skills, but styles make fights, and he had some of the most memorable fights of our era...

It wasn't like he was lying.

Yeah, but honestly I don't give a **** what these "boxing analysists" say. Just cuz they watched the sport for 1 year or 100 years, it don't make their statements worth a penny. **** that guy, he disrespectfully discredited Arturo Gatti and I believe it was Mr. Papa or Steward that was next to Kellerman with the "son, you're an idiot." look on his face.

He knows his boxing, not just that, but dates and times...He has a big knowledge of boxing history. What he did was tell the truth about Gatti, you're probably from Jersey or something, calling Gatti a legend...

From what I remember, Kellerman didn't say anything as bad as you make it out to be, in fact I remember him crediting him with heart amongst other things.

I don't care what his history is, doesn't mean **** imo. Opinions are opinions, but he RUDELY hated on Gatti.

Everything that Max said was true. Gatti is not a boxing great and he has a lot of heart. What's the problem.

Gatti is a glorified club fighter who can't make 140 and can't fight anyone in the top 40 at 147 without losing to them. So, Kellerman was not being disrespectful to Gatti, he was merely pointing out what everyone already knows.
