I'm happy he's taking on Mosley, he's doing what Oscar did and that's ducking no body.

mARK MY WORDS COTTO WILL CRUSH MOSLEY... MOSLEY IS MENTALLY WEAK AND THE MINUTE COTTO GETS TO SMASHIN THAT BODY HE WILL CRUMBLE.... COTTO ALL THE WAY!!!!! HONESTLY FOR COTTO'S LAST TEN FIGHTS MY THOUGHT WAS "DAMB THEY PUTTIN HIM IN THERE WITH SO AND SO ALEADY??? AND THEN HE COMES OUT AND SMASHES THE OPPONENT... STOP SLEEPIN ON COTTO PEOPLE!!!!! LETS NOT FORGET HOW BAD MOSLEY LOOKED IN THE FIRST FIGHT WITH AN OLD AND SLOW VARGAS... HE WILL CRUMBLE UNDER THE ATTACK OF A LION LIKE COTTO!!!! AND HONESTLY IF COTTO'S CHIN WAS SO BAD JUDAH WOULD HAVE KNOCKED HIM OUT HE LANDED FLUSH PUNCHES ON THE CHIN SEVERAL TIMES, COTTO IS FAR STRONGER AT 147 HE BEAT JUDAHS ASS FAR WORSE THAN MAYWEATHER DID, AND IF YOU ASK ME JUDAH WAS IN BETTER CONDITION FOR THE COTTO FIGHT CAUSE HE ACTUALLY BELIEVED HE WAS GOING TO WIN... IT'S A WRAP FOR MOSLEY!!!!!!

Is Cotto taking on Mosley too early? I'm not sure how you make that determination, but I know that every boxing fan out there is glad he's doing it.

Fighting Shane is definitely a huge step up for Cotto. I recently saw Bob Arum quoted as saying he wouldn't have taken the Mosley fight if not for Miguel's dominating performance over Judah, and I think there's some truth to that. Cotto was terrific against Zab, but fighting Mosley is another substantial leap in competition. Is it too early? I don't think so. I think he has a legitimate shot of knocking Mosley out, but it's going to take a hell of a performance. Can't wait for this one...

Mosely wont be a moving heavy bag come fight night. Dude can fight.
Thats sounds awfully familiar.......wait let me see yeah, thats almost exactly what you said when he was gonna fight Zab. Didn't you say Zab had the fastest hand speed and that Cotto would be dropped?

Dont come here, disrespect Cotto then try and pawn yourself off as a Cotto fan.

You also predicted that Cotto would lose to Zab, Margarito, Clottey, Baldomir, Cintron. Hell is there anyone that you think Cotto can beat?

Your a Cotto Hater McNulty which is cool with me, I dont care just dont try and hide your hate stripes.

Mosley does have the experience. But then so did Zab Judah. Cotto still feels people under-rate him, he can make a name out of himself if he beats mosley.

If Zab wouldnt have stopped throwing punches I do think he woulda stopped Cotto. I dont think I said Baldi would beat Cotto. Good fight but not a W for Baldi. Sorry, I like watching the guy fight...but I just think his time is coming sooner than people think. After the Torres scare its been different for me thats all. Margy is too strong for him and stands right there. Since Torres, team Cotto has been avoiding guys like him. It cant be denied...and its gotten him a big name. He deserves success.

I have nothing against Cotto. Exciting fighter. More guys should take note on his tact. I have his Am's fights...thats how much I like Cotto. Much different fighter in the Am's...on a good note. People havent seen yet how versitile he is until you see his Am's stuff.

I remember you saying it would go south for Cotto when he see's that Baldomir can take his shot. Which is cool, but then you say that Clottey would probably beat him, also Cintron.

Dude there isn't a WW that I you believe Cotto can beat.

Its cool, I fine with your oppinion I just find the dichotomy between your low oppinion of him and the claim of being his fan very odd.

hey boxing needs this, cotto also needs this, he is no spring chicken no more and he is a man.....a boxer a champ has to face these types of opposition/challenges and im sure he has been waiting for this all his life,
im sure he'll be 100% ready, this is the time for cotto to step it up for the next maybe 6 to 7 big fights and he would easily in my eyes be considered a living legend.....let the journey begin or i shall say quest, mosley is up first
