      Challenge: what history is that?

Here is some history: Pernell Whitaker outclasses Chavez. SRL makes Duran quit in frustration after a close first fight.

No sane person puts Hatton in the same room as either Chavez or Duran.

The only way Floyd loses this fight is if he comes in unprepared. Hatton is not really a factor.

No. When Hopkins was number one. (Whether you think he deserved to be or not) He was regarded, by most, as the p4p best. When Taylor beat him, I don't think most regarded him as the best in the world, p4p. Beating one person, regardless of who that person is, does not make you the best p4p. And honestly, besides Mayweather, who would Hatton of beaten. Two faded fighters. One great by most accounts, in Kostya, and once ALMOST great, by some accounts, in Castillo.

As far as the will over skill thing. I guess I could will myself to beat Mike Tyson in his prime, too. (Just an example.. I know Hatton is skilled and so on. I'm saying.. Sometimes you need more than JUST will)

Yep, not a factor. I dont even like Floyd like that. But unless Hatton has another gear we have no seen, I do not see him winning this fight.

The clinching will be addressed way before these two step in the ring. The ref will be school on this. Take that away from Hatton and ask yourself what Hatton's boxing skill set is like.

i dont care about that i think mayweather will win however hatton does have a great chance as a lively underdog

but for you to dismiss hatton as not even a factor in the fight is wrong any thing can happen in the ring it only takes one punch to change or win a fight

so yea hatton and his performance on the night is obviously a massive factor in the outcome of the fight

                      Floyd is...

                      Stronger than Hatton
                      A better inside fighter
                      Taller with longer reach
                      A more skilled fighter
                      A more experienced fighter
                      A better conditioned fighter
                      A more versatile fighter
More accustomed to the huge events
                      A better defensive fighter
                      A MUCH faster fighter
                      ETC

When Ricky starts getting busted up inside, what is his "Plan B"?

PBF has been fighting bigger guys (and better guys than Hatton) since he was 13 years old. This fight will be a blowout. There are guys who can beat or challenge FMJ. Hatton is not on that list.
