Clottey is a coward, he ran down to 147 after getting owned by Margarito.

Just using the same logic about the apparently invincible Clottey as I have seen about the apparent "bum" Hatton.

I'm glad you're so confident in Hatton. If Floyd beats Hatton will you finally admit (this is for all Hatton fans/ Floyd haters) that Floyd is proving that he is the best by beating the best? Hatton is the best at 140, DLH was the best at 154. And I truly believe that eventually Floyd will fight Mosley (who is considered the best at 147 at the moment) after making him beg and plead for a fight.

That fight was at 147. He has stayed exactly where he was and is still trying to get fights at 147. Apples and oranges my friend.

I meant to say he ran down from 147 after getting owned by Margarito. I don't believe it myself but what's good for the goose...

What you smell from the people who recognize mayweather's abilities is the knowledge that Ricky Hatton's stature will be downplayed once Floyd humiliates him in the ring.

Ricky can't fight at 147. Ricky would have beaten him at 140.

It was a bad matchup. Ricky wasn't that great to begin with.

The referee wouldn't allow Ricky to fight his fight.

It would have been different if the fight was in manchester.

                  Etc....

The excuses will be rampant the morning after. But the reality is that Ricky Hatton doesn't have a single advantage over PBF. Not strength. Nor speed. Nor experience. Nor skill, height, reach, size, ring smarts, stamina, chin, or trainer.

This will be Calzaghe/Lacy-esque. That is actually a very good template for this fight.

IN NO WAY did Clottey get owned by Margarito. In fact, Clottey went a long way towards exposing the myth of Antonio Margarito.

                    Did you see the fight?

I'm picking Hatton to win this one. We can spend all night talking about how great PBF is and all the advantages he has over Hatton, but when its all said and done, Hatton's style will give PBF trouble.
