Maskaev Vs. Peter Winning Poll

peter wins in a sloppy fight with an even sloppier KO............ oleg is ripe for the pickens. oleg does have power and is a better boxer than peter, but he can easily be overwhelmed and bullied. plus all his losses have been by ko; corey "t-rex" sanders, lance whitaker, kirk johnson aren't world beaters of any sort. Tua and McCall were the upper crust of who's starched maskaev........

Maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part, but I voted for Maskaev. He's 39, he's been inactive, and he's had serious injuries.

But he's a better fighter than Peter, and he'll come in perfect shape. Maskaev by KO!

Maskaev is washed up & will be brutally K.O.'ed by the new & improved short, compact punching Peter! I'll go on a limb and says a perfectly timed right hook ends Oleg's night (& career) in the 3rd round...

I just don't think Maskaevs chin is gonna hold up. He will probably do quite well for a portion of the fight but I see Peter stopping him eventually.

It might be better for boxing if Peter won, since many people are happier with a black heavyweight champion.

But I'm still hoping for Maskaev to be the Cinderella Man again.
