1. Floyd - Lets be serious, he's not retired
2. Mosley - He deserves to be above Cotto only because he's proven more.
3. Cotto - Will someday be near the top of P4P rankings
4. Williams - A tough fight for anybody, but landing 20% of your punches and having suspect D will make for a long night against the top 3.
5. Margarito/Cintron/Judah/Clottey- Hard to pick one because they all would put up good fights against each other at the moment, but lose to the top 4.
De La Hoya would be right with Cotto if he could make 147 (which he said he couldn't when the Floyd fight was made). He'd beat everyone pretty handily except PBF, Mosley, and Cotto, which would all be good fights.
