Could This Be The End Of Floyd?

I actually think Oscar's punk ass is going to steal the Hatton fight away from him. Partly because of the money but mostly because that Hatton doesnt want to fight Floyd anyway. He just wants to lead the public on. He's turned him down a ton in the past and you can tell that he's hesitating now and trying to throw **** in the game so he can get out the fight.

I also really did think that if the Hatton fight fell through then Floyd wouldve definatly fought Mosley in November. He was the only other big money fight out there but now I think Cotto will steal that one. Floyd still may get that fight by telling Shane that "if you dont fight me now then I never will fight you. You can take the Cotto fight anytime". However, I also think that Floyd would despise Oscar for taking the Hatton fight and wouldnt be too thrilled about working with him on a Mosley fight so that one wont happened either.

Then that leaves Floyd with 1 of 2 options. I think he would try to get a big money fight with Tito which the media would rip him for or he will just stay retired. There is not enough money in the Williams or Cintron fight to bring Floyd out of retirment. It is ****** for people to say that Floyd is ducking these guys at 147. They just came along at the wrong time. Its not like Floyd is 25 and not fighting anyone. He's nearly 31 and you could tell that he never really wanted to fight past 30 and he doesnt love boxing the same way he used to. He's been around it too long now and thats why I only think he'll get up for big money fights with alot of public interest. The public still doesnt know who Williams, Margarito, Cintron, or Clottey are.

We must not forget that Floyd let the world know that he was going to retire after the Baldy fight so stop acting like this is someting new and he's scared. When he announced his retirment in that post fight conference, 147 wasnt even popping like that. Cotto was a solid guy but he was nothing special. Its not like his name was hot like it has been since the Zab fight. Hatton was looking like crap, Williams was a unkown, Mosley had already turned Floyd down, and Cintron was a nobody who had just got massacered not too long ago. The division wasnt hot like it is now. Again, if it was 2 years ago then everything would be perfect and Floyd would be fighting all these guys but now thats not the case and it has nothing to do with who's there. Again, I think he fights Tito or stays retired but this time he actually might not come back because I think he will hate nearly everyone. He wont ask Hatton for a fight ever again. The only one guy he may come back for after that is Cotto and thats only if he cleans out like 2 or 3 more guys and his fame keeps rising.

No he's not done and I'm not buying it. He is not retired in my eyes he's just waiting for the big fight. Oscar is just trying to take away Hatton to set up Mayweather vs. Mosley. Floyd is smart he knows that so I believe he'll end up taking the Mosley fight later this year. And Hatton doesn't want to fight Mayweather but I don't know why he would take a fight with DLH from a non economical standpoint. He would be KO'd in around 6 rounds.

Honestly he will never fight Williams. Paul doesn't have a big enough name yet. And by the time he does Mayweather will have lost a step. And I don't see Mayweather taking that fight a year from now when Williams is rounding out into a top fighter.

Floy I believe is pushing the retirement for attention. Becuase he feels he is underappreciated. Which he is. But guys like Hopkins and Wright have been too for the better part of their whole careers.

Hatton would take the DLH fight because he will make more money than he would fighting Floyd, Oscar is a cash cow, if you are lucky enough to fight him you are damn neared guaranteed to walk away with 8 figures, from the contract, then the gate purse, and last but not least PPV buys.

Hatton gets beat by Oscar thats bye bye to Floyd for good , if Hatton could beat Floyd he still gets Oscar ,, Hattons in the box seat because both Floyd and Oscar want him , big money and both believe they kick his butt , but at the weights he has more a chance of winning with Floyd , Hatton will get KOed from the first big left hook Oscar lands , plain and simple Oscar is way too big for Ricky and his style and he knows it , if Oscar fights Hatton first Floyd will tell them to get ****ed and stay retired , I dont see him fighting Mosley , maybe he fights Cotto if he beat Mosley and the hype got big enough .

Hatton would also take Oscar because the rumor is that Oscar would actually want to fight him in Wembley which would be huge. Oscar going there is similar to Beckham coming here. He would be all over there media. That fight would sell huge there and have great PPV numbers on both sides. I think Oscar is willing to go there because it will be exciting for him to fight at Wembley and I dont think he views Hatton as a real threat so he wouldnt mind giving him that big home advantage

Haha. I like how people are offering Floyd fights and figures and dates and he is just sitting there saying that its not enough or they arent good enough and yet its THEM who dont really want to fight HIM.

I'm not saying that Floyd is 'ducking' or 'avoiding' Hatton. But there isnt really any evidence to suggest that its the other way around this time around.

Floyd should fight cintron!!! He would kick cintrons arse!!! im not worried if he doesnt fight hatton because hatton isnt good enough to beat him!!! But mosley v floyd would be a hell of a fight!!! SSM is still good enough i think to pull a rabbit out of his hat against floyd!!! Im not saying he will beat floyd but he will have a better chance then hatton!!!

Lmao, i keep telling you guys, hatton mayweather doesnt look like its gonna happen, regardless of de la hoya or not, didnt anyone who watch amir khan find it funny that ricky hatton #last fight highlights were shown on a frank warren promotion, you know what that means, they are back together?

I been saying it for a while now, the rumors are, Hatton will stay at 140 and fight someone Not mayweather.

The official announcement is in august,

But if im right, you heard it here 1st, its looks like it will be in the UK, at 140, and not mayweather.
