Me, calm down? You addressed me, your comments didn't affect me like mines obviously affected you. Any man day dreaming about secretion coming out of a grown man's mouth is obviously the one with an emotional problem, or seeming chemical imbalance.

I am just messing with you. But seriously, that word gets thrown around too much. If Margarito was 'exposed' then there's no point in anyone fighting because anyone who loses is practically 'exposed'.

True, but everyone isn't hyped up as the "most feared man in boxing", then gets outclassed by a novice fighter and even cries about it afterwards..

Floyd is doing what he always said he would do.....go get the big bucks and right now Hatton holds the edge in paycheck amount over the other fighters, including Cotto.

Your a good poster and like your posts...but your wrong here in theory.

If one is exposed...theres for a reason for the expose to even happen. That theory is that Margy is [WAS] the most feared welt.

Sure he should fight...he just got exposed as being "the most feared."
            Thats all...

Paul Williams is not a novice fighter though. He has had his share of fights vs B level fighters and he stepped it up to a good titleholder and won. These were not two bums fighting. They were both top 10 at 147. There is no way to dispute that. And no one in the top 10 is a novice.

That didn't really make much sense, but ok.

Margarito was factually avoided by his fair share of fighers at 147, even though he held a title, and offered good money through Top Rank to get matched with other fighters that could have elevated his name. He could have avoided Williams like many seemed to want to do, and just go straight to Cotto.

Some of you guys take it way too personally when someone calls themself the best. And that's all anyone in boxing does nowadays...'I'm the best'. Saying you are the 'most feared man in boxing' is just another way of saying that.

But Margarito definitely did have a reason to be angry all those years at being avoided. And that his why he got his rep...mainly from fighting mean and being avoided due to being a high-risk/low-reward fighter.\

Williams didn't have much of a name so he needed to fight Margarito...the reward was greater for Williams to fight Tony than for other fighters int he past.

The smaller guy that is obviously not that good at 147? I hate to state the obvious here, but Floyd seems to be picking the easier fights always. Stand up flat footed guys who try to brawl that can be outboxed. Like Gatti,Baldomir, dlh (way past prime).. Now theres hatton, not to discredit him.. But he comes forward with weak defense and is an open target, floyd sees that as an easy UD or possible late stoppage, he is the bigger man after all.. So Im curious why he wouldnt want to fight all these big names in the welterweight division.. it would definetly get rid of any questions I have about who the best is. What is everyone's take on this?
Don't start this bull****. Floyd/Hatton is a fight that has been talked about the last couple of years now and is what alot of fight fans want to see. And with Hatton bringing Floyd's name up in every interview and saying he wants to fight him is why Floyd is returning to fight him.

Roy has more style, pop, and tenacity than Floyd ever had or will have. An old ass Roy was walking down his opponent last night, coming forward even though he knew he could've been KOd just like before. Sure Floyd is better at this point.

                      1000% correct...RJj made that style...hes the creator...BUT...

Floyd walked, rather, stalked down DLH as well [didnt see Hanshaw fight yet..soon].

I figured w/your love for RJj archetypes you'de ahving nothing but love for PBF. He does the same counters w/a twist of his own.

Sure...RJj has more pop...but he is genetically bigger. If PBF had the size and height of RJj he'd be a carbon copy.
