WOW, Outside of HBO the fight was alot closer

It was a good close fight. I could see some differences in the scoring. The right mans hand was raised in the ring tonight in my eyes. Magarito is still a tough fight I think for any of the welters. Speaking of which, how loaded are the 140-154 divisons? The possible matchups are incredible.

could this be the once again HBO bias or maybe people just extending their hate for Margarito some more? Williams backhanded a ton of blocked pitter patter and a lot of it didn't even land. Tony landed the better shots hands down......there's just no comparison there.

I agree in that Williams probably won but it was closer than Ledderman had it that's for sure. He was just nuthugging the entire way as usual.

The thing is, Lamply was nuthugging on Marg at the same time. How many "big right hands" were there that did NOTHING. And then Manny saying how for some reason Marg is slow.....for some reason? That reason is its Margarito, anybody that expected anything but slow looping shots is an idiot.

Come on man. I seen Williams land alot of uppercuts inside and they were saying that Marg landed a good shot. They were not biased for Williams at all.

so many of u are going with the stats but if u watched the fight paul's punches were mostly back handed slaps....and to those that say he landed at a consistent rate he only landed 22%......he would pit pat and hug....i scored it 7-5 for williams but in no way was this a blowout like MOST of u are making it seem....
