Maskaev Refuses To Sign Contract For Peter

This fight keeps getting more and more like comedy. I think Maskaev's team is just ****ing with King, who is now promoting the fight. I hope they resolve it soon, otherwise WBC might order the fight between Vitali and Peter and since Vitali has a fight in fall, Peter might have to wait until early 2008. I am actually starting to feel sorry for Peter, he's getting screwed big time but I guess that's what happens when you are represented by King and Gotsev.

yeah, with dennis rapaport as his promoter, im sure hes having a very hard time paying the bills and earning a living. we all know just how hard fighters today have it: fighting once a year and having their fights decided by the dollar factor.

Its really ****ing annoying. They should have already fought by now. Hopefully this leads to Vitali vs. Peter, which would make this a blessing in disguise.

Its to the point where if I were a boxer, Id say **** it and not go after the belt. Peter really wants the belt though.

Maybe Maskaev's afraid of Peter because Peters a big cheater and throws rabbit punches. And when you're a heavyweight and you're cheating and throwing rabbit punches, then you'd see why he doesn't want to fight this cheater. But a better idea would to get a strict ref so peter doesn't try to use rabbit punches to win.
