And people wonder why the HW division is no longer taken seriously in boxing. Sure we have our problems in the lower divisions but this is totally ridiculous. Maskaev hasn't fought in 7 months as of today and his last significant fight was about a year ago. Meanwhile Peter has been patiently waiting his turn all the while getting older and having no quality fights. The WBC should just tell him to put up (and fight) or shut up and relinquish the title.
